The Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION failed to investigate Nidal Hasan due to their concern about POLITICAL CORRECTNESS. You read that right, they did not launch an investigation into him being a fanatic Islamic extremist because Washington agents thought that interviewing American Muslims who visit extremist websites was a sensitive issue and did not reach out to Hasan’s bosses at the Defense Department. So instead of doing their job questioning a suspected terrorist, they let 12 of my brothers and sisters in arms die needlessly. I call for criminal charges to be brought against the agents who read those emails, and for the agents in charge who decided not to question Hasan. Political correctness has gone too far, and our government has allowed too many people to be murdered in its name. From the tragedy at Fort Hood to Operation Fast and Furious our government has to answer for the part it has played in the murder of Americans through its inaction and in part its permission.
