The Constitutional Amendments that weren’t

Apparently the US Constitution is flawed. There is reason to believe that the 13th Amendment we know is not the actual 13th Amendment. There is a 13th Amendment that was passed May 1, 1810 and ratified December 9, 1812, it states:

Amendment XIII
Passed by Congress May 1, 1810 – Ratified December 9, 1812.

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the united States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

A lot different from the 13th Amendment we know today:

XIII Amendment

Passed by Congress on January 31, 1865, and ratified on December 6, 1865,

“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”.

Hmm why would there be 2 different 13th Amendments? The original 13th Amendment was lost when the British burned Washington DC in 1814. So I believe Congress took that as a chance to rewrite the Constitution, to their favor. Because according to the original 13th Amendment members of the BAR association would be ineligible for government office, as the BAR association is a private group that does not allow public entrance, you have to be a lawyer to be in the BAR. And the BAR association has its roots in English aristocracy, essentially giving those who enter the BAR association a title given from the English a foreign power. making it illegal for lawyers to serve in Congress.

If this weren’t enough to make you question the legality of the Constitution, lets look at the 16th Amendment as written the 16th Amendment stated there are only 3 ways for the government to collect taxes are through Import Tax, Export Tax, and Excise Tax (Sales Tax), there was no income tax included. However this is a moot point considering the 16th Amendment was never legally ratified. Read the report here.

And sometime after the illegal ratification the Amendment was changed to state :

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Which if you read it states the Federal Government can collect any tax on any income without giving anything back to the States, and it doesn’t have to regard the census when setting taxes, and no where in this unratified rewritten amendment does it cap the amount of taxes the federal government can collect.

I don’t know about you but this worries me, actually it scares me. If the government can just ignore legally ratified amendments and emplace illegally ratified amendments what other powers have they taken that they are not authorized?

The problem of the country as I see it

Everyone is up in arms about the tragedy in Newton Connecticut, and they have every right to be. Everyone is looking to blame someone or something for all our problems, yet no one wants to come up with a solution other than taking the freedoms away from those who had nothing to do with the crime. No one wants to say what the real problem is, until now.

People are asking God why he didn’t stop the shooter, simple he’s not allowed in schools. thanks to the Atheists and ACLU, if you mention God you get suspended. The kids aren’t even allowed to sing Christmas carols because of their religious content. Ever since we lost the right to display our religious beliefs our morality and our knowledge of right and wrong has declined. We can no longer publicly display the values that this country was founded on. We no longer have the family values that our parents did, and our children no longer have the values we did, what do expect was going to happen? I remember my mother dragging me to church every week, no matter what, Saturday evening or Sunday morning we were in church, I didn’t like going, I would try and pretend I was asleep, yet she would wake me up and to church we would go. I then became an altar boy, that made it easier to go to church. Now years after that I find myself waking my daughter up to go to church every Sunday morning. Why do I do this? Simple as much as I disliked going to church I know that I am the man I am today because of what I learned in church. I learned the difference between good and evil, I learned the morals and behavior that would serve me well in the years to come, especially in my Army career. I went to war 4 time for my country and I fought for my country. I did take human life, but only in the defense of me, my fellow soldiers or innocent civilians. There were times could have killed insurgents before I detained them but I wouldn’t because murder is wrong. I carried a loaded weapon, actually many different types of weapons, and they never killed anyone on their own, It was my morality and judgement that let me use those weapons to kill bad people and protect the good people and I give all the credit for my morality and judgement of right and wrong to my mother and my religion.

I remember when I was growing up if I did something wrong in my neighborhood I didn’t have to worry about my parents seeing it, if any one of my neighbors saw it my parents would know about it and I would be punished. Everyone in my neighborhood looked out for everyone. We had a neighborhood watch before they were called neighborhood watches.  Now the majority of the people in the world have an “if it doesn’t concern me I don’t care” attitude, this just breeds wrong doing. If someone knows they can do something bad and get away with it then what’s to stop them from doing it. Too many people worry more about what they have and what they’re doing to care about everyone else, and this has led to an overall decline of the behavior of everyone in the neighborhood.

I also give some blame to the way people are parenting today. I am not an advocate of beating the crap out of your children, but I remember when I did something wrong my mom would get out the belt, or the spoon or her hand and crack me good across my ass or slap me right in the face. I got the point pretty quickly I needed to shape up. I brought my daughter up almost the same way, I would give her a swift spank when she did something wrong, now all I have to do is tell her I’m disappointed in her behavior, and it has the same effect. Her friends wanted her to go to the store one day, after I told her mom told her not to, now I am not living with her at the moment, my daughter told them she couldn’t go because I would be disappointed in her disobeying her mother. She also gets home from school and does her homework before she even thinks about going outside to play or getting on the computer or even turning on the TV, why, because she knows I would be disappointed in her if she didn’t. Now I’m not the parent of the year, but I have taught my daughter the values and morals that will make her a productive good citizen and not some gang banging thug.

Now a days, the parents want to blame everyone else for the short coming of their children. If their child fails a test in school they blame the teacher, yet their kid comes home and drops off their book bag and plays video games and get on Facebook, and they rush through their homework, getting most of it wrong by the way. So the parents blame the teacher for not doing enough to educate their child. If a child gets in trouble they blame society, yet at home their 10 or 11-year-old child is left alone to watch movies and learn behavior from them. I don’t blame Hollywood, or video games, I blame the parents who let the children watch R rated movies, or play +17 video games at the age of 10, 11, or 12, then do not even explain to them why what they are seeing is wrong, and why. Yes I used to watch those movies when I was young, but my parents were there explaining that it was entertainment and not real and why I shouldn’t act like that. Today parents use the TV as a baby sitter and do not care what their kids watch. When left to learn from violent movies and video games, and never taught any different how can we expect anything else from them.

Today people let the government tell them how to feel, think and behave, our government can’t even make themselves behave or act right, how can they tell me how to. I believe even if we had no laws, none, but we had parents who teach their children right from wrong, that are involved in their children’s lives, who spend time with and just talk to their children , we would not be in the state we are right now. I don’t have to have a law tell me that murder is illegal, I know it’s wrong and I teach my daughter that, I know violence is not always the answer, and I teach her that also, but I also teach her to defend herself so that if someone does or tries to do harm her she can defend herself.

In this country it is perfectly legal to kill a fetus, and call it an abortion, and society is good with that. Yet to kill a murderer who tortured, raped and then killed their victims, is a crime against all humanity. When a deranged evil man commits a crime, society places the blame for his actions on an inanimate object, and punishes the law-abiding citizens who did nothing wrong.

We have gone from a country of self-responsibility and self-control, to a country of blame everyone but the person who is wrong. We reward the lazy, food stamps, welfare, free phones, and we punish the hard worker trying to make a better life for themselves and their family, higher taxes and more regulation.

I fully believe that taking religion and God away from our everyday lives, and becoming a blame everyone else culture are the reasons we are where we are. People are no longer teaching their children right from wrong, they teach their children they are entitled to everything with out working for anything. We have people saying religion is evil and we need to abolish it, yet I find nothing wrong with teaching morals, and right from wrong. All religion does is give a person something to believe in that is bigger than one person, and when we all believe that there is something better than doing only for ourselves and start doing for everyone, we will continue to decline and become a more criminal, violent society.

The real reason the Obama administration is working to push us over the FIscal Cliff

Here is a list of notable FEMA Executive Orders issued by the government:

Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry.

Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.

The following executive order signed by Obama himself gives the government greater flexibility in deciding when to take control of the private sector:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 13603 at the time of the presidents choosing the the government may take over all forms of energy, all forms of civil transportation, all usable water from all sources, all commodities that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, all health resources including drugs, biological products, medical devices, materials, and facilities, health supplies services and equipment, and it allows forced induction of all civilians into the military against their will (To me this one sounds remarkably like the installing of a communist government by a communist sympathizing socialist)

As you can see most of these Executive Orders give the government the right to take control of all private and public property and control it, notice none of the Executive Orders specify if or when control would be released. But the one Executive Order that should scare the shit out of us all is EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051, this executive order is the one that allows the Director of Emergency Planning to put all Executive Orders into effect at times of increased international tensions and ECONOMIC OR FINANCIAL CRISIS.Yes you read that right, economic or financial crisis. What is happening right now that Obama is trying make happen? The financial melt down of our country.

What better way for him to suspend the Constitution then to put all his Executive Orders into effect. And that’s what EO 11051 does, it gives him the power to enact all his EOs and throw the constitution out and take over the country. This is not a conspiracy theory people this is happening. If he can force the country over the fiscal cliff he can enact all his Executive Orders and take over our country. He will take control of all modes transportation, all means of communication, he will take control of farming, manufacturing, and all means of distributing consumer goods, he take control of all roads, highways, airports, and seaports, and Executive Order 11051 gives him the power to do this. In addition to taking over all of the above it would allow the Housing and Finance authority to forcibly relocate everyone in the country and demolish those towns and cities and build new government controlled housing with public funds. Why does he need that power? What could ever be a reason for him to have that power? It also gives him the power to enable the Post Master General to operate a national registration “OF ALL PERSONS.” Why?

The only reason for any of these executive orders to exist is to give him absolute control of this country. And he was reelected to do this. The free-loading lazy bastards have signed our country’s death warrant. All that needs to happen is for there to be no deal on the looming fiscal problem of the country and we will have a Dictator instead of a President. Wake up people we need to prepare for what’s coming, because I have a feeling another revolution is coming.

Lets get our priorities straight America

Yes it is a tragedy that 20 children were killed in Newton Connecticut. Anytime a child dies it is a tragedy. But instead of trying to take away my rights because of the actions of a deranged evil man, why don’t we talk about something more important. Did you know that right now there are 16 million children with out enough food to eat? Did you also know that there are 1.6 homeless children? Yup you read that right 16 million under nourished children and 1.6 million homeless children. Yes lets grieve the loss of the 20 children who were killed by an evil man, but what about the other children in imminent danger?

So instead of looking at ways to erode the rights of the law-abiding citizens, why don’t we look at trying to take care of our homeless and hungry children. Instead of wasting time and money trying to destroy our constitution, why don’t we spend that time and money trying to help those who are still here and can be helped? There are hundreds of ways you can help those children who are still here. You can volunteer to help at a local food pantry, you can organize local food drives for your community, you can get involved with habitats for humanity, organize donations of food and clothing to help the children, there are so many ways everyone can help.

We need to get our United States government to help our children first. Instead of Obama sending $56 billion over seas in foreign aid why don’t we get him to spend that money here at home. For $56 billion dollars we could feed all those hungry children, give home to those homeless children, and still have enough left over to help out the homeless and hungry adults in the country. And we’d still have enough left over to provide armed security guards for our schools so that we would never have a repeat the tragedy at Andy Hook Elementary.

Instead of us taking care of the world why don’t we take care of our country first. Some people say isolationism isn’t the answer, well in this world where the terrorists are now garnering sympathy, and our president has pretty much destroyed any friendships we had with other countries we’re already on the way there, so we might as well control it before we end up subservient to an unfriendly government.

Another Sheep Dog says good bye.

The world has lost another sheep dog today. Senator Daniel Inouye has died. For those who do not know who he was, Senator Inouye was a nine term senator from Hawaii, he was also a hero. On June 21, 2000 Senator Inouye was awarded the Medal Of Honor for actions in San Terenzo Italy on April 21, 1945.

Senator Inouye  was awarded the Medal Of Honor took out two machine gun nests with hand grenades, he was wounded by a sniper taking out a third machine gun nest. He continued to take out machine gun nests at close range until an enemy grenade shatter his right arm, despite his wounds and pain he refused to be Medevaced out until the enemy broke contact and his platoon was organized into a defensive perimeter.  (Read complete Medal Of Honor citation here.)

Senator Inouye started his military experience before he even joined the Army. On December 7, 1941 while still in high school he did not hesitate to join the medical volunteers who helped the wounded at Pearl Harbor.

Senator Inouye is one of only seven Americans, and the only Japanese-American to be awarded Grand Cordon of the Order of the Paulownia Flowers from the Government of Japan for distinguished merit, an award usually only given to high-ranking Japanese officials and General Officers.

Senator Inouye’s other awards include Distinguished Service Cross (The Army’s second highest award for valor behind the Medal Of Honor which he was also awarded), Bronze Star Medal, and the Purple Heart Medal for wounds suffered in combat. He also earned a battle field commission to 2nd Lieutenant, he left the Army in 1947 as a Captain.

Senator Daniel Inouye was a Hero in the truest sense of the world. The world is now a little darker for losing him. Rest In Peace Sir, you earned it. You will never be forgotten

More elitist Bull Shit

I am sick and tired of the elites in Hollywood running their c*ck holsters every time something happens. The Unite States Of America was founded on INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. We were never meant to be a communist, socialist, or monarchy type of government. We fought a tyrant and defeated him to gain our freedom. So for all of you Hollywood elitists and politicians who want to change our country into a socialist or communist state, guess what it doesn’t work, yet if you still believe in it go to a country that already has it. I hear China is nice this time of year. The latest comes from the fat elitist bastard Michael Moore, He says we began America with a genocide.no we started America with a revolution against a tyrant who tried to implement laws that the current administration is trying to.

Here is a Huffington Post story on celebrities who are speaking out against gun rights. Apparently these people don’t read or research history.

A LITTLE GUN HISTORY

  1. In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. >From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated
  2. In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  3. Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
  4. China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated
  5. Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  6. Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
  7. Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

So before you elitist snobs say anything about the government taking away my guns, lose your armed security and body guards because you are no more important to the world than any one else, and for you elitists who think the world will stop if you were gone, try it and see what happens.

A little facts for you.

I am trying to use facts so this is probably going to hurt the liberals and democrats out there. I tried finding charts for 2011 data but I couldn’t so I used to data for 2009 since I could find that. I did however find that gun violence rates have dropped over the past 6 years, while vehicle homicide rates have increased.

There were 9203 homicides by gun in 2009 (http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/2012/tables/12s0310.pdf) against 9.5 million guns sold. This shows that the homicide rate for guns was .09% against the total of new guns sold in 2009.

Gun sales by year since 2002

Gun sales by year since 2002

there were 359,000 deaths by motor vehicle in 2009 (http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/2012/tables/12s1103.pdf) against 10.4 million cars sold. See the data here. (http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2010/01/car-sales-around-the-world-in-2009-mostly-down/) This shows that the homicide rate for cars 34.5% against the total number of new car sales. (I think it’s funny I can find an actual graph for the sale of guns easier than I can find one for the sales of cars, I wonder why that is.)

So we are looking at vehicle homicide rates that are 34.41% higher than gun homicide rates. What is so confusing about this. People are more likely to be killed by a car than they are by a gun. So why do we not scream for a ban on cars? Simple because cars have become so ingrained in our daily lives that it would inconvenience the majority of the country.  Which is kind of shocking since it was the gun that helped defend us against the tyrant in England and gave us our independence and built our country. We have become a country of whiny freeloaders who will not do anything without the government’s permission, which gives the government total control and makes us slaves to the Socialist/Communist that lied his way into the white house.

People listen guns are not the problem, the human is. It’s the human that kills not the gun, yes the gun shoots bullets, but with out the human finger to pull the trigger the gun will do nothing. And anyone who thinks an inanimate object can commit murder you are either delusional or stupid.

Bravery

Bravery is not the lack of fear, it is action in spite of fear.

Friday morning a tragedy unfolded at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut. On that day a deranged gunman murdered his parents then stole his mothers guns and went on a rampage that ripped 26 people out of this life, among those who died were 20 children between the ages of six and ten years old. But out of the darkness of that day emerged the light of selflessness, sacrifice, and love.

In the first act of Heroism in this tragedy when the gunman stormed into the school guns blazing, Principal Dawn Hochsprung, and school psychologist Mary Sherlach rushed at him trying to stop him. They were both killed trying to stop this tragedy, they gave their lives trying to save the children.

Kaitlin Riog

Then there were the actions of teacher Kaitlin Riog, when she heard the gun shots she put her kids in the bathroom in her classroom, locked the door then pulled a storage unit in front of the room to further protect her children. She was able to lock her classroom door until the police arrived. Kaitlin fearing the person knocking on her classroom was the gunman made the police officer slide his badge under the door, she then told them if they were really the police they could get the keys and open her door. She was not going to take the chance this was a ruse by the gunman. Kaitlin only unlocked the bathroom door and let the children out when the police unlocked her door and proved it was them.

Then there are the Heroic actions of teacher Victoria Soto. Hearing the commotion and the gun shots Victoria hid her children in a closet and in cabinets in the classroom, before she could lock the door the gunman stormed into her class demanding to know where the children were, Victoria told him they were in the gym. In her final act of bravery Victoria Soto stood in the face of a deranged, evil man and shielded her students from his hail of bullets with her own body. The gunman shot her in cold blood. Victoria Soto died defending those who could not defend themselves, she gave her life so her children could have theirs. Victoria Soto is a hero in every sense of the word, the world is better for her having lived, and she will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Then there were the actions of the worker who turned on the PA system to alert the rest of the school to the danger, a custodian who risked his life to run through the halls shouting warnings of danger, and the clerk who led 18 children on their hands and knees to safety then had the where with all to give those children crayons and paper to keep them quiet and calm. I know in the days to come more stories of Heroism will come to light, it is in the darkest times we find out who will stare down danger and protect those who cannot protect themselves.

To the Heroes we know about, Dawn Hochsprung, Mary Sherlach, Kaitlin Riog, and Victoria Soto and the Heroes that remain unknown to us, from the bottom of this old soldiers heart thank you, without you many more children would have fallen to the evil that came to your school. These women prove that there are Sheep Dogs everywhere, and they will sacrifice everything to protect those they love.

Greater love hath no one than that they will lay their life down for their fellow-man. God bless the Heroes of Sandy Hook Elementary, and God bless those who lost their lives especially the children, and please watch over those left to carry on.

Nancy Dis-Grace-ful

I was flipping through the channels and I came across CNN’s Nancy Grace. She was talking about the tragedy in Connecticut. She had the audacity to call the children who were killed “Collateral Damage” is she fucking stupid?

If CNN will allow its stars disrespect and disgrace our children like this, I will never watch, or read, or have anything to do with them or their business partners ever again. I am calling for a boycott of CNN and every corporation that does business with or advertises on CNN.

It was a tragedy, 20 children died, They ARE NOT COLLATERAL DAMAGE.

I urge everyone who reads this to forward it to your friends. Let CNN know our children are not collateral damage.
